If you’re a mortgage customer, you can see details of all our fees and charges that may apply to you in our Tariff of Mortgage Charges document.

If you have an unsecured loan, we won’t apply any fees or charges to your loan.

Some other information about fees and charges for mortgage customers:

Early Repayment Charge (ERC) – we won’t ever apply an ERC to your mortgage. So you won’t be charged this fee if you choose to make any mortgage overpayments or fully pay-off your outstanding balance before the end of your term.

Please note – other fees payable on redemption will still be charged. Any fees payable will be shown on your mortgage redemption statement. Find out more here.

Consent to Let (CTL) – we won’t apply any CTL fees at any time. So if you temporarily let out your home to a tenant, we won’t charge you a fee to do so.
